OLIVIA CARRANZA
Olivia llegó a los Estados Unidos a la edad de 17 años, se graduó de San Marcos High School y SBCC, donde recibió un certificado en Administración Culinaria y de Hospitalidad. Mientras trabajaba en la industria hotelera, Olivia descubrió su pasión por ayudar y servir a sus comunidades mientras criaba a 3 hijas. En 2007 se cambió a la industria financiera. Su pasión de cambiar y agregar valor a la vida de su comunidad la hizo enfocarse en educar a la comunidad sobre nuevas estrategias para crear estabilidad financiera y alfabetización. Como agente cautivo de una compañía de seguros, obtuvo su título independiente y comenzó a trabajar con varias compañías de seguros y corredores por todo el condado de Santa Bárbara ampliando sus horizontes para ayudar a un nivel diferente. Olivia tuvo la bendición de unirse a Tremblay Financial Service, una asociación con un servicio financiero muy bien establecida y se convirtió en parte de una nueva familia. Siempre pensando en formas de mejorar su comunidad, se asoció con McDermott Crocket Mortuary y se convirtió en consejera previa a la necesidad como parte de su Licencia de Seguro de California. La visión de Olivia es crear el Million Dollar Club para su comunidad y dar acceso a las personas de color de bajos ingresos, la plataforma para crear estabilidad financiera a través de la educación financiera para ellos y sus seres queridos. Olivia siempre está buscando nuevas oportunidades para crear puentes para que sus comunidades se destaquen en la vida y lo hace uniéndose a diferentes organizaciones sin fines de lucro como Future Leaders of America (FLA), Latino Elder Outreach Network (LEON), Greater SB Hispanic Chamber of Commerce (GSBHCC) y algunas entidades más que comparten la misma pasión de ayudar a mejorar la comunidad. A Olivia le apasiona el autodescubrimiento y la superacion. A pesar de las dificultades en la vida, Olivia siempre está explorando formas de crecer mientras ofrece la mejor versión de sí misma.
Olivia came to the United States at the age of 17, graduated from San Marcos High School and SBCC where she received a certificate in Culinary and Hospitality Management. While working in the Hospitality Industry Olivia discovered her passion for helping and serving her communities while raising 3 daughters. In 2007 she made a career move to the Financial Industry. Her passion for changing and adding value to her community’s lives made her focus on educating the community on new strategies to create financial stability and literacy. As a captive agent for an Insurance company she earned her independent title and started working with multiple insurance companies and brokers around SB County expanding her horizons to help out at a different level. Olivia was blessed to join a partnership with a very well established FInancial Institution Tremblay Financial Service and became part of a new family. Always thinking of ways of bettering her community she partnered with McDermott Crocket Mortuary and became a pre need counselor as part of her CA Insurance License. Olivia’s vision is to create the Million Dollar Club for her community and give access to low income families and people of color the platform to create financial stability through financial literacy for themselves and their loved ones. Olivia is always looking for new opportunities to create bridges for her communities to excel in life and doing so by joining different non-profits like Future Leaders of America (FLA), Latino Elder Outreach Network (LEON), Greater SB Hispanic Chamber of Commerce (GSBHCC) and a few more entities that share the same passion to better assist the community. Olivia is passionate about self discovery and betterment. In spite of hardships in life, Olivia is always exploring ways to grow while being the best version of herself.
