Acompañe a Mi Vida, Mi Voz, Compassionate Care of Carpinteria, y People’s Self-Help Housing Casa de Las Flores este marzo y abril para el próximo taller de Planificación Anticipada de Atención Médica! Durante este taller gratuito, los participantes aprenderán sobre la importancia de la Planificación Anticipada, el escoger a un Representante en Asuntos Médicos, y el hablar sobre sus decisiones médicas en caso de que tuviera una emergencia médica o estuviera gravemente enfermo y no pudiera hablar por sí mismo. Los participantes tendrán la oportunidad de completar su documento “MyCare” con la ayuda de facilitadores expertos y un notario gratis. Este taller está abierto al público, para personas mayores de 18 años.

Join Mi Vida, Mi Voz, Compassionate Care of Carpinteria, and People’s Self-Help Housing - Casa de Las Flores in March and April for an upcoming Advance Care Planning workshop! During these free workshops, participants will learn about the importance of Advance Healthcare Directives, choosing a healthcare agent, and discuss their healthcare decisions in the event they have a medical emergency or are seriously ill and cannot speak for themselves. Attendees will also have the opportunity to finalize their ‘MyCare” document with the help of experts, volunteers, and a free notary. This workshop is open to the public.
