Acompañe a Mi Vida, Mi Voz, Hospice of Santa Barbara, y Santa Barbara Neighborhood Clinics este marzo y abril para el próximo taller de Planificación Anticipada de Atención Médica! Durante este taller gratuito, los participantes aprenderán sobre la importancia de la Planificación Anticipada, el escoger a un Representante en Asuntos Médicos, y el hablar sobre sus decisiones médicas en caso de que tuviera una emergencia médica o estuviera gravemente enfermo y no pudiera hablar por sí mismo. Los participantes tendrán la oportunidad de completar su documento “MyCare” con la ayuda de facilitadores expertos y un notario gratis. Este taller está abierto solo para pacientes de Santa Barbara Neighborhood Clinics y se llevara a cabo en Goleta Neighborhood Clinic.

Join Mi Vida, Mi Voz, Hospice of Santa Barbara, and Santa Barbara Neighborhood Clinics in March and April for an upcoming Advance Care Planning workshop! During these free workshops, participants will learn about the importance of Advance Healthcare Directives, choosing a healthcare agent, and discuss their healthcare decisions in the event they have a medical emergency or are seriously ill and cannot speak for themselves. Attendees will also have the opportunity to finalize their ‘MyCare” document with the help of experts, volunteers, and a free notary. This workshop is open only for Santa Barbara Neighborhood Clinics patients and will be held at Goleta Neighborhood Clinic.
