ADRIANA MARROQUIN, CHAIR
Adriana es la Gerente de Iniciativas de la Comunidad para Hospice of Santa Barbara (HSB) donde supervisa la relación entre HSB y Santa Barbara Neighborhood Clinics y la expansión de HSB a Carpinteria a través de Compassionate Care of Carpinteria. Adriana cultiva relaciones con miembros de la comunidad y los educa sobre los muchos servicios gratis que HSB ofrece. Adriana también es presidente de Mi Vida, Mi Voz y co-presidente del Latino Elder Outreach Network (LEON). Sus muchos años de trabajo con agencias sin fines de lucro como Easy Lift Transportation y Isla Vista Youth Projects, han asegurado su pasión por garantizar la igualdad de oportunidades de acceso para todos los miembros de la comunidad. Adriana tiene una licenciatura en Estudios Globales y Religiosos y una maestría en Administración de Empresas. Durante su tiempo libre le gusta la jardinería.
Adriana is the Community Initiatives Manager at Hospice of Santa Barbara where she oversees the collaboration with Santa Barbara Neighborhood Clinics and the Expansion into Carpinteria, Compassionate Care of Carpinteria. In her role, she cultivates relationships with partners while educating them about the many free services HSB has to offer. Adriana also serves as the Chair of Mi Vida, Mi Voz and the Co-Chair of Latino Elder Outreach Network (LEON). With many years of non-profit work including Easy Lift Transportation and Isla Vista Youth Projects, she has become passionate about ensuring an equal opportunity of access to all members of the community. Adriana has a B.A. in global and religious studies and an M.A. in business administration. During her free time she enjoys gardening.
